Refund & Return Policy


     1. Returns

IDEA PHARMACEUTICAL  (the “Site” or “IDEA PHARMACEUTICAL”) has a 30-day refund policy from the day your package is successfully delivered. Please, review our refund and return policy as follows:

The items must comply with the following conditions:

  1. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you have received it.
  2. The item must be in the original packaging.
  3. You should provide us with a proof of purchase with the returned item;
  4. The original shipping costs will be deducted from the total and are non-refundable.
  5. Re-shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Tracking number:

Please, send the package back to us via a traceable carrier that will issue a tracking number for the package. Keep the tracking number and email it to our customer service representatives. Please note that the customer is entirely responsible for the re-shipping and IDEA PHARMACEUTICAL is not liable if the package is withheld at customs or lost during the transit. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries and you are responsible for all the shipping costs and they are non-refundable.

  1. Refund Policy

The shipping of the items back to IDEA PHARMACEUTICAL is at your own cost. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned items. The item must comply to the conditions specified above. IDEA PHARMACEUTICAL will either initiate a refund based on the original method of payment or will request further information to process the refund via a different payment provider. IDEA PHARMACEUTICAL reserves the right to approve, reject, partially approve refunds at its discretion. 

LOST RETURNED shipments will not be refunded.

  1. Damaged / Incorrect Items:

Incorrect Items: If you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service at Please, include a photo of the item you have received and a proof of your payment with the correct order, so we can assist you.

Defective Product:

If you discover any defects or missing parts for reasons due to a manufacturer’s error, please contact customer service immediately at . Please, include a photo or a video, showing the defect of the product. We will investigate the issue and if it is determined to be defective, we will replace the product with a new one or offer a refund.

Missing Item:

If you discover that an item is missing from your order, please contact our customer service immediately at . We will ask you to provide a photo of the item in the original packaging to check how the package has been shipped. Please, attach a proof of payment and your original order with the photo, so we can investigate and assist you.

We kindly ask you to attach the proof of payment and order details, so your inquiry can be processed in a timely manner. If you fail to provide any of the requested documents, IDEA PHARMACEUTICAL reserves the right to deny your request.

  1. Order Cancellation:

You can cancel your order in a time frame of 24 hours. After that time the order is processed and in case it has been shipped locally there are deductions and if shipped abroad it becomes non-refundable until we receive the unboxed item in good condition back to our warehouse. 

Local shipment: 

Once the 24 hours from placing your order have passed, the order has been shipped locally and in case of cancellation there is a deduction of 10 USD from the total refundable sum.           

Shipment abroad: 

In case that the item has been received by our forwarding agent and has been shipped abroad, your order becomes nonrefundable until you return the item to us following the guidelines in 2. Refund Policy. 

In case you'd like to apply for a cancellation, please contact our customer service at with your order number, so we can check the status of your order.

  1. Customs:

Passing customs depends on each country’s regulations. Please, make sure you can clear the customs yourself before placing an order with us. In case your package is held at customs, please contact our customer service at 

If any further documents are necessary for clearing the package, please send your request to our team, so they can assist you. You can either try to release the package or reject it and have it resent to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund the amount of the product with deducted shipping costs. Please, note that in case the package is seized or you decide to refuse the package, without shipping the products back to us we cannot offer a refund.      If the custom office decides to discard the package, we cannot offer a refund.

  1. Damage in Transit:

If the product has been damaged during transit then we can offer a refund, but we will deduct the delivery fee from the total. Please, email us a photo of the product where the defect is visible. If we deem that the damage is due to the transit we will open a case and investigate further with the logistic company or forwarder. We will issue a refund for the products once we deem the problem to be a responsibility of the delivery company.

  1. Delivery Failure

If a package is returned to our warehouse because it could not be delivered (either because you were unable to release the package or refused delivery) we can resend the package for an additional shipping free or issue a refund and deduct the original shipping fee from the total. We reserve the right to refuse a refund in case the reason to have the products returned is not justified.
