Dosage & Administration
The recommended dose of 250mg ( as sidenafil ) is taken orally approximately 1 hour prior to sexual activity and can be taken 30 minutes to 4 hours before sexual activity according to circumstances. Dose can be increased or decreased depending on effectiveness and tolerance. Place the film on your tongue after opening single package and allow to melt without water.
