How to take?

If you're new to Contrave, you should follow the directions and increase your intake slowly over the first month to help you adjust. Most people begin with 1 tablet in the morning and work their way up to 2 tablets twice a day by week 4. 

Contrave is best combined with a diet and exercise routine. In general it is also recommended to drink plenty of water when using Contrave. A good rule of thumb is to take Contrave with 8 oz of water. Then, throught the day drink additional glasses of water. This can help both weight loss, and for some people, preventing constipation. 

Contrave should be used with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity.
